6 Sept 2019 - liverpool, uk
Since launching Music Tourism Convention in Liverpool in 2017, we’ve hosted editions in the USA and Germany, and it’s now time to return and continue the conversation in the UK in 2019.
Since Music Tourism Convention was launched in Liverpool in 2017, it’s had editions in the USA and Germany, but the time has come to continue the conversation in Liverpool and the UK, and we’ll be returning on September 6th 2019!
We’ll have 30+ speakers from a range of organisations, including global tourism boards, government, music event & festival organisers, music attraction directors, music tour organisers, tourism experts and the music industry. The programme is currently being put together, but will be looking into various areas of music tourism from how it impacts economic development, how it’s used to brand a place, what cities and countries around the world are doing to boost music tourism and how different stakeholders can work together.
